Sony MXP 3036 Console Mixer Mixing Board 3000 MCI 636

This Sony MXP 3000 (3036) series 36 channel console is ready to record. There are some meter bulbs that need to be replaced and 1 fader vca but beyond that, it is up to spec and ready to be moved. All the modules are individually bubble wrapped, the vinyl wrist rest and all the wood paneling is removed... That's why there are no pics of the actual console, because all there is to see is an empty frame. However, anyone is welcome to come check it out in Brooklyn, NY - 10 minutes from Manhattan.

Meters: Analog: 36 meters + left and right, a phase, and a mono. And also 6 bargraph meters for the 6 auxes.

Includes: all manuals & schematics, channel xtender maintenance card, mating tuchel connectors, 2 psus + ADS-3000 automation computer with monitor, keyboard and CAF-3000 keypad remote terminal, 1 spare input strip.

Automation: The automation was tested and while the computer powers on and diplays all the proper boot-up info, it has some kind "input error". The automation has not been used in years and would probably be fixed by a clean install of the automation software.

Additional note: about a 3 inch corner section of plastic off the top left corner of the meter bridge was chipped off. The piece can be easily glued on and will barely show a slight crack... or, since the plastic is in approx 18 inch sections, I'm sure it would be cheap and easy to get a replacement or get one made by a plastic shop. Minor blemish but we want to be transaparent in all the details.

Product Description:

The MXP-3036 Recording Console has been designed to complement digital audio recorders.

Oxygen free copper cables are used in all audio paths, and all connectors and contacts within the console are gold plated.

Low noise hybrid amplifiers have been incorporated into the microphone preamplifiers, the differential input and output stages, and the active combining networks of the I/O and control section modules.
